Rebecca joined Hodge Halsall in 2018 and has significant experience in private client work having qualified in 1996.
Rebecca’s work in the private client department includes-:
- drafting of Wills and Lifetime Planning – ensuring the most appropriate and tax efficient provision for family and dependants
- administration of estates – applying for grants of probate and ensuring that the instructions in the Will are carried out in a prompt and sensitive manner
- preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, both property & financial and health & welfare. Also dealing with all matters involving the Court of Protection
- receiverships and other public guardianship matters
- deeds of variation
- managing financial affairs
- preparing Trusts and advising on their operation and tax implications
